We're a human branding studio.

We treat a person's public presence the way the strongest companies treat a brand - as something you design, build and grow on purpose, rather than something that just happens to you.

We work at the intersection of social, content creators, and publicity.

Arenas

We build human brands in three arenas.

Politics

Public life, where presence and trust move outcomes.

Cinema

Film and stardom, where the audience is the whole game.

Sport

Athletes and teams, where a following turns into legacy.

The ambition is not regional. The methods travel, and the work should too.

The gap

Why build a studio for people?

For decades, companies have had a full discipline behind how they show up in the world. A clear position, research, design, a steady flow of content, distribution, and a way to know what is working. Most people in public life have had none of that. Their presence is left to instinct, a publicist who steps in when something goes wrong, and whatever happens to get posted that week.

That gap is the whole opportunity. The tools that built the most valuable consumer brands work just as well for people. We take that playbook and rebuild it for human brands.

The move

From consumer brands to human brands

A soft drink, a running shoe, and a phone all get the same care. Someone decides what they mean, how they look, what they say, and where they show up. That work is deliberate, and it is a large part of why those brands come to feel inevitable.

Very few people in public life have ever had that behind them. Echo Theory is built on one move. Take the discipline that made products and companies iconic, and apply it to a person. The methods carry over cleanly. The craft is in doing it while staying true to someone real, so the result reads as them at their sharpest and never as something assembled.

The rigor that goes into a brand can go into a person. Almost no one does it well enough; and that is where we work.

What we do

Four things, run as one system.

We work across four things, and we run them as one system rather than four services sold separately.

Positioning

A clear read on who someone is in public and what they stand for. Everything else is built to follow from it.

The content engine

Not one‑off campaigns. A designed, steady flow of work that keeps a person present and worth paying attention to over time.

Distribution

Getting that work to the right audiences and building reach that holds, rather than reach that spikes once and disappears.

Perception

Shaping how someone is understood across months and years, and protecting that understanding when it counts.

The studio

How the work is structured

We run as a small, senior studio. Fewer people, closer to the work, each carrying real responsibility for what goes out.

Every mandate is built around a person, and the structure is designed to protect their time. Some of what we do needs nothing from them. Some of it captures moments already happening in their week. A smaller, high‑value layer is held for the appearances only they can make. That is how we keep the volume high while the demand on them stays low.

The scalable ideas tend to be the engineered ones. The credible moments tend to be the scarce, real ones.

Good work keeps both in tension, because the engineered layer goes hollow without something true to anchor it.

What we believe

Four things we hold to.

Get in touch

Four ways in.

Great brands are built on purpose. We think the people behind them deserve the same craft. That is what Echo Theory is for.
